All of our staff has been with us at least 5 years, I have top notch staffvery professional, really great at what they do.

As far as equipment used: I always maintain and update our equipment. I use pretty spandex for buffet displays, as well as colored linens for multi leveled buffets. Miami catering taken to a whole new level!!!!
